Will the barrier fit my bath?

If your bath is a standard EU size bath the barrier will fit.  The max width of your bath should be 570mm and untextured. The barrier is made out of a very flexible plastic which bends to fit in your bath.

Can the bath barrier be used for washing a puppy?

Yes. The bath barrier can be used for puppies from the outset. It is the only dog bath that grows with your dog, it can be moved up the bath and positioned as they grow.

Will it mark my bath?

Our wash-time bath barrier will NOT mark your bath.

How do I know how much water to fill the bath with?

When bathing a puppy, fill the tub with just enough warm water to cover their paws and a small portion of their legs ensuring the water is shallow enough for them to stand comfortably. Alternatively, if you are showering them then you don't need to fill the bath and use the plug so dirty water can just rinse away.

What temperature should the water be?

Puppies easily get chilly and are sensitive to heat, so a lukewarm temperature is ideal (approx. 36.5 to 40.5 Celsius). Test the water temperature with a bath thermometer or your elbow/wrist.

Can I use the barrier at either end of the bath?

Yes, the wash-time divider can be fitted at any point along a standard straight-sided bath. You can wash your dog with a shower head or jugs of water.

Does the barrier work with L shaped baths?

The barrier works perfectly with L shaped baths when fitted into the narrower section of the bath. L shaped baths can be incredibly time, space and cost consuming when bathing because of the larger area. The barrier works perfectly in creating a smaller area for your dog.

What courier do you use to deliver?

We use Evri fully tracked services to deliver all orders that are going to the UK. 

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has gone through successfully. This can sometimes be filtered into your junk inbox, if you still cannot find a confirmation email then please get in touch with us at  hello@threebearsclub.com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day during the week and before 12pm on a Saturday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next available working day. All orders are sent via Evri and you will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

I want to return my order. What should I do?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us, in the first instance, hello@threebearsclub.com within 30 days of delivery so that we can authorise your return. Please include your name, order number and the reason for return in your email.
